What’s does it mean to “kit” my canvas?
The term “kit” means to include everything you need to stitch your canvas. Our “kits” include a needle, the right amount of threads, and a small pair of scissors. Additional items that you can purchase a la carte but are not necessary, are a project bag, seam ripper, needle minder, and a needle threader.
I need help picking threads for my canvas, can you do it for me?
Yes! We can help to kit any canvas. We will send you a link to a kit specific to the project you are working on to purchase.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship out within 3 business days. We strive to always keep all of our canvases in stock. If it will be longer than 3 business days, we will let you know.
Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! Please look at our stitches page to see if you can find the stitch you are looking for. All stitches have instructions and helpful tips. If you still have questions, please email us. Photos are always helpful when asking about something specific!
Will you stitch a canvas for me?
Yes! For a stitching quote please email us for more information.
Finishing
Can I send you my canvas to be finished?
We currently do not offer finishing for canvases, however can recommend services if you email needlepointnyc@gmail.com.
Returns / Quality Assurance
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We currently offer returns on our inline items. Due to the delicate nature of needlepoint, returns must be post marked within 5 business days of receiving the purchase.
My item is wrong or damaged. Help!
Please email us at Needlepointnyc@gmail.com right away with a photo of your item and describe what is wrong. We will get you the correct item as soon as possible.
